Job Summary
Develop and implement research project procedures to meet objectives while ensuring compliance with Institution, FDA, and sponsor regulations. Assess project priorities to execute studies within required time frames and manage late phase drug and device trials. Follow guidelines for identifying subject populations, complete forms, and collect data for clinic procedures. Retrieve medication under licensed practitioner direction, maintain drug accountability records, and prepare for study monitor visits. Document study visits, procedures, financial accruals, source documents, and eCRF completion. Identify and report unanticipated adverse events, protocol deviations, and violations. Modify data collection procedures as needed. Requires 3+ years of clinical research experience, electronic data capture software proficiency, CPR certification, and a valid Washington State driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience within a healthcare setting serving as a coordinator independently managing late phase drug and device trials
- Experience using electronic data capture software required
- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- CPR
- Valid Washington State driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree preferred in science, healthcare or other related fields
- Phlebotomy experience heavily preferred
