Clinic Registration Rep I

Greet all patients and visitors at clinics in Sequim and Port Angeles with compassion. Collect and accurately enter patient demographic data into the EHR. Explain OMC/OMP policies and procedures to patients as necessary. Collect copays and payments according to finance policies. Maintain a smooth flow of patients through the registration process and inform waiting area patrons of any delays. Collaborate with Central Access and Clinic Back Office staff to ensure a positive patient experience. Requires high school diploma or GED; customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Pay range $21.05–$31.08 with weekend, evening, and night shift differentials.
