Clinic Registered Nurse- Pediatrics

Direct patient care within the Medical Group setting, communicating with physicians and managers regarding clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to condition changes or treatment responses while coordinating care with physicians and guiding other personnel to maintain department standards. Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure efficient patient flow, unit maintenance, and adherence to facility policies. Participate in performance improvement activities, unit meetings, and in-services as a resource for staff. Requires current state RN license, BLS certificate, and one year of clinic experience. Per diem day shift.
