Coordinate patient referrals and manage appointment scheduling for the Waverly Health Center clinic. Process incoming referral requests, verify patient eligibility, and update electronic health records to ensure accurate care delivery. Maintain daily logs of referred patients and communicate with referring providers to confirm successful intake. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a supportive, professional environment focused on high-quality local healthcare.
