Job Summary
Clinic Receptionist role responsible for managing patient appointments via telephone, letter or walk-in at the clinic reception area based on clinical urgency and availability. Responsibilities include entering appointment information into the system, preparing and attaching registration and case notes, requesting guarantee letters from corporate patients, coordinating with Credit Control and PR/Marketing when issues arise, informing patients of follow-up appointments, ensuring patient confidentiality, assisting other departments, and performing related duties to maintain smooth clinic operations. The position requires greeting patients, handling enquiries, and supporting admissions with accurate record-keeping and dispatch processes. SPM or equivalent education is expected for this healthcare administration role at KPJ Healthcare Berhad across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, and Australia.
