Job Summary
Phlebotomist II needed at UW Health N. Bell School Clinic in Rockford, IL. Schedule is 100% FTE, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm, with one Saturday per month 8:00am–12:00pm; patient blood collection and related duties in an outpatient clinic setting. Requires successful completion of a phlebotomy course, HS diploma or equivalent, and 3 years of phlebotomy experience, plus CPR certification and Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or CPT.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
- Work Experience: 3 years Phlebotomy experience
- Licenses & Certifications: CPR certification
- Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
