Clinic Operations Manager

Job Summary

Lead daily operations across all clinic locations by developing pod supervisors, conducting regular rounding with physicians and staff, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery. Drive continuous process improvement by monitoring productivity metrics, implementing organizational initiatives, and resolving operational challenges through collaboration with physician and executive leadership. Manage departmental budgets while championing an exceptional patient experience by addressing service barriers and responding to escalated issues. Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation standards, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and drive measurable improvements in access, quality, and financial performance. Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to foster accountability and support organizational goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • Five or more years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
