Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to Practitioners and the Director of Nursing; manages clinic schedules and on-call rotations; handles phone/email communications and scheduling for on-site and community appointments; uploads youth photographs to the EMR; coordinates Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Planning Reviews, medication checks, and calendar updates; coordinates all medical appointments, arranges transportation for youth as needed, verifies insurance coverage and processes prior authorizations; documents communications with guardians and insurers in EMR; delivers professional customer service, collaborates with colleagues, adheres to organizational policies, participates in supervision, and supports clinic operations aligned with YBGR values; requires strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; able to use EMR and Microsoft Outlook; willing to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention certification.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old or older
- Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in administrative management or similar role.
- Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of professional administrative experience in a medical or clinical setting.
