Clinic Office Assistant (RN, LPN, CMA/RMA/CCMA) - Vineyard Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care support in a fast-paced medical practice by delivering preventive care, managing acute and chronic conditions, coordinating specialty referrals, performing telephone triage, educating patients, and ensuring continuity of care through accurate documentation and follow-up. Work directly with Dr. Jeremy Luckett, utilizing dual training in rooming and phones. The role includes laboratory services support within the clinic. Requires graduation from an accredited medical assistant or nursing program, current CPR certification, and an active license as a CMA, RMA, LPN, or RN. Full-time, 36-hour day shift with no holidays or weekends.
