Clinic Nursing Supervisor (LVN), Peterson Specialty Care | Full Time

Clinic Nursing Supervisor (LVN) leads nursing staff in the Kerrville clinic, providing leadership to nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and ensuring availability of medical supplies. Responsibilities include coaching, motivating, scheduling, evaluating, training and developing clinical employees; serving as a resource for nursing staff; assisting physicians, providers, and clinical staff in examination and treatment of patients; may perform diagnostic testing, maintain supply inventory, and clean/maintain medical equipment. Works closely with the Practice Manager and leadership team to assure satisfaction and efficiency. Requires LVN licensure, current CPR/BLS, and at least two years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibility.
