Job Summary
Clinic Nurse Practitioner position at AlignMed Partners (Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care) in Warwick, RI. The Advanced Practice Provider conducts primary and urgent care for nursing-center residents, collaborates with Center Leadership and Medical Director/Attending Physician, and participates in a broad clinical role including mentorship programs, clinical leadership opportunities, and specialization options (wound or palliative care). The role supports a no-on-call/weekends schedule, offers a 40-hour work week with a base hourly rate plus no-cap incentive compensation, relocation bonus for eligible candidates, and comprehensive benefits. Training, licensing support, 90-day program, and access to clinical tools (UpToDate, CAPC, Nabla) are provided, with care delivery across post-acute and long-term care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with Master's Degree in Nursing with Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner concentration
- Option for Physician Assistant with ARC-PA program and PANCE
- Two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred
