Job Summary
Responsible for the clinical management of assigned PPM Practice(s) servicing patients in the Oncology department. Collaborates with Practice Managers in supervising clinical staff and managing quality clinical standards for healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality management, staff onboarding, and developing clinical healthcare programs. Requires a BSN and current NY nursing license, with preferred qualifications in oncology management, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An emphasis on strong leadership skills and the ability to improve operational efficiency is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with BSN required
- Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Professional Nursing license
Desired Qualifications
- Oncology experience, certification, and management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, team-building, and employee engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and medical office practices preferred
- Project management and Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
- Experience with Patient-Centered Medical Home desirable
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
