Clinic/Nurse Manager

Lead and manage daily clinic operations, overseeing clinical nursing services and administrative functions to ensure efficient, high-quality patient-centered care at Community Health of Central Washington in Ellensburg. Drive team performance, supervise nursing staff and administrative processes, and collaborate with leadership and program managers on strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to address clinical and operational challenges within approved policies.
