Job Summary
Clinic Nurse Case Manager-Allergy coordinates and facilitates clinical management for an assigned population in the outpatient setting, triages telephone calls, serves as primary point of communication between the team, family, and patient, advocates for patients for service access and insurance benefits, coordinates referrals and scheduling, conducts RN-only patient visits, and participates in community outreach or marketing projects for the program.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current state license required
- Minimum of one year of experience in an ambulatory health care facility or a hospital required
- BLS certification required
- Prior working knowledge of using a personal computer and electronic medical records required
