Job Summary
Interventional radiology clinic radiologic technologist performs minimally invasive exams and assists physicians during procedures such as angioplasties, biopsies, and image-guided ablations. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining interventional radiology equipment, providing real-time imaging support to radiologists, ensuring accurate CHL and PACS documentation, preparing sterile equipment, positioning patients, assisting with patient transport, and contributing to safe, efficient workflow. Requires ARRT (R) Radiologic Technologist – Dx and/or RCIS, and BLS CPR; High School Diploma or equivalent with graduate radiology/imaging training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of Radiology, Imaging or related educational program
- ARRT (R) Radiologic Technologist – Dx and/or RCIS Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
- BLS (CPR) - American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare
