Job Summary
Champion best practice in patient management and ensure Clinic staff are recruited, supported, and appraised appropriately. Participate in budget planning, monitor supplies, and maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure clinic compliance with standards and effective performance. Manage others, counsel patients, and oversee adherence to Care Quality Commission requirements within a multi-disciplinary environment. This full-time role involves working various shifts between 06:30am and 18:00pm Monday to Saturday. Fresenius Medical Care offers extensive training, including an 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme, and a competitive salary up to €74,000.

- significant exposure to haemodialysis

- experience of managing others
- experience of counselling patients
- understanding of the role of the Care Quality Commission
- solid post-registration experience
- current days working various shifts between 06.30am to 18.00pm Monday to Saturday
- No Sunday or Night Shift Working
- Clinic Manager posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure
