Job Summary
As the Clinic Manager for Swope Health St. Joseph KidsCare Pediatric Clinic, you will oversee all operational aspects of the clinic, ensuring optimal patient experience and high-quality care. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring clinic staff, managing hiring and training processes, coordinating staff development and training, overseeing performance audits, managing scheduling and assignments, and addressing staff performance issues. Successful candidates must possess current LPN or RN licensure and have 3-5 years of leadership experience in ambulatory care.
