Job Summary
Clinic Manager (RN) at Boston Seaport Clinic leads the clinical and administrative operations of a multi-disciplinary, integrated primary care service. Responsibilities include guiding care delivery with a patient-centered approach, coordinating staffing and onboarding, leading clinic huddles, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, managing supplies and inventory, coordinating IT support, and facilitating patient care activities such as phlebotomy and immunizations. The role requires engagement with the Triad and care team to maximize clinic utilization, develop service improvements, and mentor staff to meet licensing expectations. Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is experience operating a multi-provider clinic and using health analytics to drive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Active nursing license (RN)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated strong clinical leadership in similarly sized operation
- Minimum 3 years experience opening, operating and managing a multi-speciality, multi-provider clinic, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience staffing and managing a team of employees
- Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing health analytics information
