Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based treatment programs for diverse patient specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Establish timely treatment plans, generate referrals, and meet clinic budgets through appropriate billing practices while delivering quality care that empowers patients to exceed functional outcomes. Demonstrate positive connections with patients, clinicians, and team members, and build community relationships. Earn bonuses starting at nine daily patients, with quarterly incentives for clinic growth and reimbursement for organization dues, licenses, and race fees. Requires APTA/CAPTE graduate degree, state licensure, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
