Lead the launch of a brand-new outpatient clinic from the ground up by shaping culture, building a high-performing team, and establishing strong community relationships. Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses while objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software. Manage daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel management, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture within a startup-style environment offering early or late shifts.
