Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multi-provider outpatient clinic while maintaining a partial caseload of 60–70% patients daily. Mentor staff clinicians, new graduates, and support personnel to drive clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Monitor clinic performance metrics, implement strategies for financial success, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts, while participating in community outreach and referral development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
