Conduct thorough patient evaluations using goniometry, manual muscle testing, and functional assessments to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations. Implement interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques such as Graston and Dry Needling, and modalities to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients on conditions, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies while documenting progress accurately in Epic Hyperspace. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants on a 1:1 ratio to ensure effective delegation and care continuity. Collaborate closely with physicians, OTs, and other team members for coordinated care. Stay current with advancements through continuing education and contribute to department growth, including upcoming Blood Flow Restriction services.
