Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) in an outpatient CORA Physical Therapy clinic. Manages daily clinic operations, develops and delivers personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, documents evaluations and treatments, and drives professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events. Leads financial, administrative, and personnel management, collaborates with the team to cultivate clinic culture, and leverages EMR and AI-powered tools to improve outcomes. Relocation assistance is available for select opportunities. Residency program and leadership development are part of the pathway for growth within the clinic network.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
