Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist Assistant leads operations and patient care in an outpatient rehab clinic. Provides evidence-based PTA treatment while overseeing daily workflows, staffing, and schedules. Mentors clinicians and support staff, monitors documentation and quality metrics, and champions a patient-first culture focused on outcomes and service. Collaborates with referring providers, supports clinic growth, and promotes continuing education, mentorship, and career development in a team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Licensed PTA preferred (state requirements)
- leadership/operations experience desirable
- outpatient rehab experience
