Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an outpatient CORA Physical Therapy clinic. Responsibilities include developing and delivering personalized care plans for a diverse orthopedic and neurologic patient population, objectively measuring patient outcomes with EMR tools, documenting evaluations and treatments, driving daily clinic operations, and collaborating with the team to foster growth and a positive clinic culture. The role involves clinical leadership and management tasks—financial, administrative, and personnel management—to support high-quality patient care. Qualified candidates have PTA degree, PTA license or eligibility, and at least one year of PTA experience; relocation assistance is available for select opportunities; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
