Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an outpatient CORA Physical Therapy setting. Responsible for managing daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects; developing and delivering personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses; objectively measuring patient outcomes with EMR tools; documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes; pursuing professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events; and collaborating with teammates to foster clinical culture. Requires a degree from an accredited PTA program, licensed or license eligible as a PTA, and at least one year of PTA experience. Relocation assistance is available for select locations. Maintain focus on patient care, clinic performance, and leadership development within outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
