Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) responsible for delivering patient-centered outpatient physical therapy, developing and delivering individualized plans of care for orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measuring patient outcomes with EMR tools, documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, and overseeing daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel management. Requires a PTA degree from an accredited program, PTA licensure or licensure eligibility, and at least one year of PTA experience. The role offers relocation assistance for select opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. The position supports professional development through affiliations, conferences, CEUs, and a clinical ladder; benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
