Job Summary
Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) responsible for leading daily clinic operations in outpatient CORA clinics. Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses; objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software; efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes; pursue professional development through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events; oversee financial, administrative, and personnel management; collaborate with teammates to grow clinic skills and culture. Relocation assistance is available for select opportunities, and sign-on bonus up to $5K may apply at eligible locations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
