Job Summary
Oversee daily clinic operations, including managing schedules, optimizing billing systems, and handling third-party reimbursements. Supervise all providers and office staff to ensure performance standards, compliance with HIPAA regulations, and quality patient care. Collaborate with the Regional Administrator on policy development, recruitment, and training while resolving physician and patient complaints. Maintain adequate staffing levels and evaluate employee performance through regular assessments and disciplinary actions. Ensure full regulatory compliance with OSHA standards and participate in continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience
- Bachelor's
- 3 – 6 years of experience in the management of a clinic
- Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and calculator
- Stooping, bending to handle files and supplies
- Mobility to complete errands for deliveries
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Background in healthcare management
- MHA or MBA
- MS in health administration / business administration / sciences
- 2 or more years of Electronic Health Record experience
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Problem solving
