Job Summary
Support the Clinic Director with performance and operations, manage staff hiring and recruitment, and maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients weekly. Provide training for new hires, conduct ongoing developmental support, and hold staff accountable to performance expectations. Monitor office schedules and supplies, oversee clinic policies, and implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency. Deliver clinical mental health therapeutic services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Collaborate with community partners to increase referral input and respond timely to client or stakeholder concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Florida-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 20-25 clients per week
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
