Clinic Manager Outpatient Therapist

Maintain an outpatient caseload while supervising, mentoring, and supporting clinicians as the Concord office grows. Lead the startup and day-to-day operations of the new Charlotte location, developing workflows, monitoring needs, and ensuring an efficient client experience. Foster a collaborative, evidence-based clinical culture by assisting with recruitment, onboarding staff, and establishing a positive, mission-driven environment. Build relationships with physicians, schools, and community organizations to support local marketing and identify opportunities for new services. This role combines clinical care with leadership to help launch TLC Wellness's first North Carolina practice.
