Job Summary
Manage and develop physicians and the lead operator through 1:1s, clinical observations, and performance reviews. Lead clinical hiring in partnership with Talent Acquisition and translate operational changes into clinic workflows. Oversee inventory, facilities, hospitality, scheduling, and tech issues while tracking metrics like CSAT, NPS, and utilization. Own incident reporting, risk management, and member-concern resolution to ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOP compliance. This building role supports Neko's fast US clinic scaling, where the Clinic Lead partners with medical leadership and Customer Care to sustain high-quality, preventative care.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
- direct management of physicians or licensed clinicians
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
