Job Summary
Lead clinical and operational management of the clinic, including physician development, clinical hiring, and onboarding. Translate leadership directives into daily workflows and protocols while overseeing inventory, facilities, scheduling, and tech issues. Track metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and utilization to drive quality of care and partner with Customer Care on incident reporting and risk management. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOPs while maintaining smooth clinic flow during high-volume days. This building role is central to scaling Neko's US clinics as a team that thinks in 10x.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Direct management of physicians or licensed clinicians
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
