Clinic Manager needed in Milwaukee, WI - Hiring FAST!

Dedicate the first 30 days of a new acquisition to that location, creating a long-lasting professional relationship. Provide the critical layer of management between administrative/clinical team members and dentists/owners of assigned dental practices. Coach and educate teams effectively while designing and mentoring team leaders within the practices. Utilize and adapt to technology to streamline practice management, and analyze dental practice reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and clear steps for improvement. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and termination processes, and consistently meet specific Key Performance Indicators. Delegate day-to-day tasks to administrative and clinical leaders so the Practice Manager can focus on bigger picture items.
