Job Summary
Conduct patient care using a patient-centered medical home approach, including phlebotomy and immunization services, while resolving customer complaints and managing clinic operations. Implement standards of care and workflows, handle inventory and medical supplies, and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage. Co-lead clinic huddles, hire and coach team members, and facilitate events supporting client goals. Ensure regulatory compliance through daily quality checks, manage IT support requests, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to maximize utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited school
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Active LVN/LPN license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 3 years experience opening, operating and managing a multi-speciality, multi-provider clinic, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience staffing and managing a team of employees
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended amounts of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients
- Corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members
