Lead the operational, clinical, and financial management of outpatient clinics, optimizing daily operations, overseeing staffing and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement. Act as the primary administrative liaison between the clinic, physician practices, and the community; provide leadership and training to staff; manage credentialing and physician billing processes; oversee inventories, vendor contracts, and adherence to policies; develop departmental budgets and implement process improvements using data on patient satisfaction and quality metrics; collaborate with leadership to align services with industry best practices and regulatory standards; foster a positive work environment and ensure reliable attendance.
