Job Summary
Clinic Manager I overseeing daily clinic operations, staffing, budgeting, HIPAA compliance, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities include supervising clinical and administrative staff, credentialing, physician billing, accounts receivable/payable, vendor contracts, quality improvement data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Leads development and implementation of departmental policies, budget management, and collaboration with leadership to enhance patient care and service quality. Requires leadership experience, healthcare knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred. Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required OR four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred
- MGMA Membership and/or ACMPE Certification preferred
