Job Summary
Oversee daily clinic operations, manage budgets, and supervise clinical and administrative staff including physicians and nurses. Coordinate healthcare services, optimize workflows, and handle accounts receivable/payable while ensuring HIPAA compliance and inventory accuracy. Implement departmental policies, conduct performance evaluations, and develop strategic plans to improve quality and efficiency. Collaborate with leadership teams to address staffing needs and incorporate quality improvement data into goals. Maintain regular attendance and fulfill assigned duties to support patient care and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Four (4) plus years of direct experience
- 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of previous leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional relationships
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with others, delegate responsibilities, and independently manage tasks while meeting established deadlines
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- In depth knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms, healthcare software systems, and data analysis tools
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer

- MGMA Membership and/or ACMPE Certification
