Job Summary
Supervise all office staff at Redmond and Sisters locations while overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, medical billing systems, third-party reimbursements, and contract administration. Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and clinic policies through performance evaluations, training, and staff management. Collaborate with the Regional Director on goal development, quality improvement processes, and cross-departmental communication to maintain patient, provider, and staff satisfaction. Manage staffing levels via recruitment and resolve physician and patient complaints promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience
- Bachelor's
- 3 – 6 years of experience in the management of a clinic
- Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and calculator
- Stooping, bending to handle files and supplies
- Mobility to complete errands for deliveries
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Background in healthcare management
- MHA or MBA
- MS in health administration / business administration / sciences
- 2 or more years of Electronic Health Record experience
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Problem solving
- Pro-active planning

- Good organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work with other department managers and supervisors
