Job Summary
Organize, direct, and manage primary care operations at assigned GHC-SCW clinics, including daily staffing, customer service, and financial performance. Direct supervision of RN Team Coordinators, RNs, Care Team Specialists, and Patient Care Technicians while collaborating with the Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Supervisor to ensure a balanced, quality-driven clinical practice. Support community relationships to enhance clinic visibility, increase market share, and anticipate market changes in coordination with Marketing, Member Services, and Quality Management. Prepare, monitor, and control department budgets and clinic productivity using electronic medical record systems such as EPIC. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to corporate compliance initiatives while promoting a positive team environment and resolving interdepartmental issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or relevant field or equivalent educational training with practice management
- Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a clinic practice setting
- Experience in similar size/type of organization (managed care)
- Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid Healthcare provider CPR/AED certificate
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver license with good driving record and/or ability to provide own transportation to various work locations
