Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations at the assigned Health Center by interviewing and hiring employees, ensuring proper training, planning work duties, appraising performance, and addressing complaints. Collaborate with staff, nursing, and providers within the Patient Centered Medical Home to maintain high standards of patient care. Manage a team of 5+ years supervisory experience in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. This full-time 40-hour role is based at the St. James Health Center in San Jose, California. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years' minimum clinic/hospital management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in health care related field
- Management; 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations as related to community health centers
