Job Summary
Lead a SILK Laser Clinics in Fairfield Townsville as Clinic Manager, directing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists; oversee clinic operations, drive KPIs and revenue growth, and nurture client relationships. Partner closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success, while fostering a culture of care and excellence. Bring proven leadership in clinical/beauty settings, strong commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth. Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
