Clinic Manager

Oversee clinical activity for up to four locations by directing technician workflow to ensure smooth patient flow and supporting daily clinic operations. Manage direct reports through hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions while developing doctor schedules and leading team meetings. Maintain inventory PAR levels, approve orders via D365, and complete monthly counts. Develop policies and procedures, evaluate staff for merit increases, and respond to patient relations inquiries and complaints. Ensure compliance with iJCAHPO regulations and report potential errors to the Compliance Officer. Manage vendor relationships and equipment maintenance schedules. Requires iJCAHPO COA certification and 3-5 years of multi-specialty ophthalmology leadership experience.
