Job Summary
Oversee clinic operations and staff performance by managing a caseload of 20-23 billable visits weekly, supervising 10-20 therapists through recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, and conducting quarterly productivity reviews. Lead community outreach, marketing, and social media efforts to expand the clinic's presence while building a second location. Troubleshoot administrative and billing system issues, audit documentation for compliance, and serve as backup for the Clinic Director. Collaborate with leadership to achieve fiscal excellence, maintain organizational policies, and foster an inclusive culture. This role supports the mission of Ellie Mental Health in North Wales-Lansdale, requiring a Master's degree and active PA clinical license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a mental health discipline
- Active clinical license in state of PA (LCSW, LPC and LMFT) for a minimum of 4.5 years
- Excellent understanding of Pennsylvania Mental Health Code and CMS guidelines
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong working understanding of Ellie Mental Health practices and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
