Job Summary
Oversee clinic operations, staff performance, and community impact by managing a high-performing team of 10-20 therapists and supporting the Clinic Director in recruitment and onboarding. Lead administrative oversight, including quarterly productivity reviews, compliance audits in Valant, and troubleshooting billing and scheduling systems. Drive growth through community outreach, marketing, and social media management to expand the clinic's presence and referral partnerships. Maintain a caseload of 20-23 billable client visits weekly while building a collaborative culture. This role supports the expansion of a second clinic location at the North Wales-Lansdale site.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a mental health discipline
- Active clinical license in state of PA (LCSW, LPC and LMFT) for a minimum of 4.5 years
- Excellent understanding of Pennsylvania Mental Health Code and CMS guidelines
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong working understanding of Ellie Mental Health practices and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
