Clinic Manager - East Beltline

Lead assigned functional teams in providing exceptional customer service during every patient encounter and offer operational leadership to staff supporting the Ophthalmologist in office visits and in-office surgical procedures. Ensure timely process flow for visual fields, Biometry, refractions, OCT, and Topography testing while maintaining sanitary equipment use throughout care visits. Manage prior authorizations, patient refills, doctor schedules, and referral correspondence, and assist the Clinical Manager in training, staff development plans, and performance evaluations. Enforce HIPAA and OSHA standards along with company best practices among team members. Some Saturdays may be required.
