Job Summary
Lead Crawley Kidney Treatment Centre operations, mentor and empower your team of healthcare professionals, and drive patient-centered care to elevate clinical outcomes. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional patient care, foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, drive clinical excellence through best practices and innovation, and oversee resources and budgeting. You’ll participate in the Clinic Manager Development Programme and collaborate closely with the NHS, bringing healthcare leadership and strategic oversight to a renal care setting.
Required Qualifications
- A registered nurse (NMC) qualification
- Dialysis experience in the UK
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or management role within a dialysis setting
- In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes
- DBS check as part of recruitment process
