CLINIC MANAGER

Oversee the Industrial Medicine Program, Rural Health Clinics, and Specialty Clinic; supervise clinical staff and schedule staffing to ensure optimal clinic operation across multiple sites (Williams, Arbuckle, Colusa). Drive revenue growth through new clients and services, and guide employers in selecting insurance packages for employees. Maintain high standards of patient care with age-appropriate services, and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and disaster policies. Foster professional relationships, coordinate with physicians and administration, participate in relevant civic/business organizations, and lead department-wide quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
