Clinic Manager-Chicago South Side -Physical Therapist

Conduct thorough patient evaluations including goniometry, manual muscle testing, and functional assessments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician recommendations. Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques such as Graston and Dry Needling, and modalities to improve outcomes. Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Document progress in Epic Hyperspace and collaborate with physicians, PTAs, OTs, and other team members. Supervise and mentor PTAs in a 1:1 ratio while staying current with industry advancements. Work primarily with young adults and patients aged 60 to 70, including those accessing care through Illinois Medicaid.
