Job Summary
Regional Clinic Manager oversees operational, administrative, and people-management duties across two outpatient neurology clinics, ensuring efficient day-to-day performance, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. Responsible for managing front desk staff, medical assistants, EEG technicians, schedulers, and support staff; coordinating with providers and executive leadership; driving process improvements, budget alignment, staffing, performance evaluations, and clinical growth across two TX locations (Clearlake and Conroe) in addition to Corpus Christi.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare management or medical leadership experience
- Experience managing clinic staff and daily medical operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
